Created in the mid-2000s while he was studying Jazz Performance at the now-defunct University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Tombolo has been a creative outlet for acknowledging the pent-up emotions that white middle-aged men in America struggle to discuss (lol).
Tombolo’s first release was 2013’s "The Morning After…" an EP that explored the multifaceted experience of uprooting your life and moving 1,300 miles away from your original home.
Next came 2020’s "Couples Therapy," another EP that, this time, examined the complicated endings of relationships and the isolation they can create.
In the time since the release of "Couples Therapy," Tombolo has published several stand-alone singles ("Berlin Buildings" and "Crooked Stacks" [both 2021]) and, in 2024, a duo of charity singles ("Here Comes Santa" - benefitting Feeding America and Woody Guthrie’s "I Ain’t Got No Home" for the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund).
In 2025, Tombolo will release several new singles.
